Elevating Minds Group was founded by Termayne D. Willie, LCSW, NPT-C — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Neuropsychotherapist, and former collegiate athlete committed to helping individuals and performers strengthen their mental resilience and achieve sustainable growth. Drawing from his own journey as an athlete, recovering from a significant knee injury and a heat-related incident during football, Termayne developed the Elevating Minds Peak Performance Mental Resiliency Mindset Training System — a structured approach that integrates evidence-based psychology, principles of neuroplasticity, and performance-focused emotional regulation strategies.
This neuroscience-informed framework helps clients understand how the brain adapts, how stress and pressure influence performance, and how intentional mental training can rewire patterns to enhance clarity, confidence, and long-term success.
