Elevating Minds Group was founded by Termayne Willie, LCSW, NPT-C — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Neuropsychotherapist, and former collegiate athlete committed to helping individuals and performers strengthen their minds and build resilience to achieve sustainable growth. Termayne has over 15 years helping teens and adults with anxiety disorders, substance use and abuse disorders, depression, ADHD, self esteem issues, and confidence building.
Drawing from his own journey as high school and collegiate athlete, recovering from a significant knee injury and a heat-related incident during football, Termayne developed the Elevating Minds Peak Performance Mental Resiliency Mindset Training Course — a structured approach that integrates evidence-based psychology, principles of neuroplasticity, and performance-focused emotional regulation strategies.
This neuroscience-informed framework helps clients understand how the brain adapts, how stress and pressure influence performance, and how intentional mental training can rewire patterns to enhance clarity, confidence, and long-term success.
At Elevating Minds, our mission is simple: to empower individuals to train their minds as intentionally as they train their bodies. By proactively addressing stress, building confidence, and improving emotional management, we help clients prevent burnout and perform with clarity. Our evidence-based coaching system blends neuroscience concepts, psychology, and mental performance training to help both athletes and non-athletes overcome stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. Each program is designed to strengthen focus, resilience, and mental toughness ( Grit) — empowering clients to reach their peak performance in sport, work, and life.

- Peak Performance Coaching (For Athletes, Performers, and Professionals) – Optimize focus, manage competitive stress, and build flow-state confidence to perform under pressure.
- Mindset Recovery & Resilience Coaching (Post-Injury Support) – Rebuild identity, confidence, and mental toughness while recovering from physical setbacks or injuries.
- Workshops, Trainings & Speaking Engagements – Inspire and equip teams, schools, and organizations with leadership, resilience, and high-performance mindset training.
Educational Services
Special Education Advocacy – support parents and guardians of students receiving special education services who need help understanding and navigating the school system. This service helps families prepare for ARD/IEP meetings, better understand accommodations and supports, communicate effectively with school teams, and advocate for services that support their child’s academic, social, emotional, and vocational success
